DeRETURNS AND RIGHTS OF REFUSAL

You have the right to refuse the purchased goods within 14 days after receiving the order by sending them by mail to the address indicated below. Items must be unused and undamaged, and a printed order confirmation must accompany the shipment. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

SIA KINIKO will refund the received money to the payer's account within 3 working days from the day the returned goods are received, but in some cases the refund may take up to 14 days.
